About Dr. Persky

Dr. Michael Persky considers his work to be as much an art form as a medical procedure and has practiced facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in Encino, California since 1985. He graduated with honors from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. His residency was completed at Los Angeles County, University of Southern California Medical Center in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, specializing in Facial Plastic Surgery. As a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Southern California Medical Center, Dr. Persky continues to educate and support upcoming physicians in their residency. He is a Board Certified Fellow by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as, Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

As a medical expert and consultant, Dr. Persky has appeared on numerous television news segments discussing a variety of medical topics. He has also been featured in the Los Angeles Times, the Daily News, and Los Angeles Magazine. He travels throughout the United States lecturing and instructing workshops.

Dr. Persky is happily married and has two lovely daughters. His non-medical interests include art, literature, and theater. He is an avid golfer and enjoys weekend softball.

About Dana Kramer

Dana Kramer, R.N.F.A. is one Alma Lasers training nurses and has been recognized as a leading expert educator and clinician. Her work with the "Accent" has received international attention as well as local recognition.

Dana Kramer, a California native, has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. During this time she received an advanced degree as a Surgical First Assistant, with a background in Plastics, Orthopedics and Thoracic surgery, receiving her training from some of the country's most renowned surgeons. Applying the same commitment in 2004, she founded D K Laser Aesthetics, Inc., a full-service laser skin care center in Northridge, California. In 2005, Dana was elected as a member in good standing with the International Society of Laser Surgeons. In 2006, she was the Primary Clinician in a FDA Investigational Research study for the Alma Laser Accent where she contributed in a year-long study involved in cellulite removal, skin tightening and volume reduction using a new Radio Frequency (RF) technology and the results she obtained has gained in the application of this technology resulted in an invitation from Alma Lasers, the parent company, to be a trainer in its usage. Dana continues her efforts and D K Laser Aesthetics is certification with the latest technology which will contribute to setting the necessary medical standards. Dana will travel and provide services at some of Southern California's top medical practices.

Skin Care has always been a life-long passion of Jennifer's. She believes that clean and healthy skin is essential to every day well being. It has been her greatest joy to provide her clients with corrective skin care treatments and the proper knowledge to improve and maintain the overall health and appearance of their skin on a daily basis. The most rewarding part of her profession is seeing her clients get the results they want and confidence they deserve!

The start of Jennifer's career began in a Dermatology office consulting and advising patients on proper product usage and treatments. Then she furthered her career by becoming a Licensed Esthetician. With an extensive study of esthetics and medical background it has allowed her to integrate true science and technology into every client treatment. Jennifer finds it extremely important to always be educated on the latest skincare products by taking continuing education seminars which in turn help her to provide the most up to date medical esthetics possible. Some of her treatments consist of microdermabrasion, anti-aging facials, chemical peels of all levels, facial waxing and educating clients on proper care of acne and rosacea. She insists that every treatment be individualized to match the client's expectations as well as the requirements and toleration level of the skin.
