Many patients present to our practice complaining of dull facial skin and requesting a little perking up of their face. One of the answers is Fraxel Dual, a relatively light laser skin resurfacing laser that combines two lasers. One works to lighten and remove brown spots while the other can help with mild to moderate wrinkles. The treatment is performed in our office after numbing cream is applied for one hour.
