The results of the mini facelift versus the full facelift vary. The patient who is coming in and is a candidate for a mini facelift may only need a little bit of work and that little bit of improvement is enough to make that procedure last for a long time for them.
A patient who is having a full facelift needs more work and has consequently a bigger surgery and the results of that surgery usually will usually last longer than a mini facelift given in the same patient.
In general, the results of a full facelift will last longer than a mini more superficial facelift.
