Points from the Video:

00:07 – Dr. Sarmela Sunder talks about the frequently asked questions that each patient tends to ask her.

00:14 – She answers all these questions

00: 43 – She discusses her own technique of treatment and how it is highly effective.

01:38 – She explains how she is able to get most desirable outcome where the patient and she herself are truly satisfied.

I really pride myself on the fact that my patients look very natural, my patients don’t look like they’ve had any surgery done, and they’re very happy with and I’m very pleased that most of my patients don’t ever get called out on having surgery. And the way I achieve that result is because I really think about aging and how each particular patient has aged, so for example, often times I have my patients bring in pictures what they looked like a decade ago, two decades ago, three decades ago; and I look at how they’ve aged, some people age down, other people age forward, and other people have a combination of the two.

So in trying to reverse this process with facial surgery, I try to do exactly that- reverse the way the tissues have aged. So in tacking up the patients, the tissues, I tried to reverse exactly the process that they’ve undergone in their aging process. So I use vectors that are very natural, so that they don’t look so stretched, or too pulled or have that wind tunnel effect.
